In using the newrajastore.com shopping service, you (The User) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. New Raja Store the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We also request the customer to go through refund conditions carefully and be aware of them. Also we strongly urge to print a copy of the below mentioned terms and conditions for any future reference.
1. New Raja Store will try to deliver the products as per the specifications given on the order form by the user, it fully reserves the right to deliver a similar or alternate product for reasons beyond it's control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery.
2. New Raja Store will deliver the Product ordered through us in perfect condition.
3. We will start to process the order right away once you place the order successfully with us. Please give us one day time for secured and proper delivery.
4. When you opt Cash On Delivery we always try make a confirmation about the same over phone before delivery. Exact amount of Cash will be collected when the order is delivered. Any change of mind or cancelling the order during the delivery time will not be accepted.
5. Every care shall be taken to deliver the goods to the intended recipient. But New Raja Store shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.
6. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice by newrajastore.com
7. New Raja Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or is not currenty available with us. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been done. In the event the payment has been processed by newrajastore.com the same shall be credited back to the customer.
8. Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.
9. The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and New Raja Store disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and New Raja Store shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.
10. If order is processed and delivered the items won't be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable manufacturing issue. In case the product need to be returned for disliking or any other reason then it has to be returned immediately within 1 day of receiving the item and without unpacking the item completely or using it in any manner. Customer won't get any refund for partially or fully used items. If any shipping charges involved, won't be refunded. Any cost invloved for reshipping shall be borne by the Customer.
11. Presently, the service(s) New raja store of Shopping are being offered free of cost. However, New Raja store reserves the right to charge a fee for any or such facilities.
12. If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
13. Please note that cancellations have to be made within 4 hours after placing an order or belore the Order has been processed by us which ever is earlier. Cancellations have to be made online or by emailing and giving the reference of your order number. New Raja Store has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by New Raja Store and accept New Raja Store decision regarding the cancellation.
14. The Courts at Tamilnadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Shipping & Delivery charges
Shipping Policy
Shipping for all orders made online on our website and all prices are in Indian Rupees including GST. Minimum cost of the online order is Rs.500.After your order and confirmation of payment, we will ship your products next day. If you give us an incorrect delivery address / contact number and a parcel is returned to us or not delivered due to that incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge additional postage to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.
